No Bake Cheesecake
1-1/4 C Heavy Cream
Cream Cheese (3 blocks - 24 oz)
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
2 TBL Confectioners Sugar
1/4 C. (4 TBL) Sour Cream
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 TSP Lemon Juice or 2 drops dōTERRA Essential Lemon Oil
Soften the Cream Cheese Blocks for 1 minute in Microwave or allow to come to room temperature. Combine ingredients in a blender and beat on low until blended.
Pour into Graham Cracker Pie Crust or Chocolate Pie Crust. Cool in fridge for 12 hours. (Do not freeze to set.)
Top with Strawberries, Blueberries, Salted Caramel, Chocolate, with Snickers pieces... or whatever strikes your fancy and Whipped Cream if you’d like.
If you’d like to make your own Graham Cracker Crust:
This is a no-bake graham cracker crust. It’s thick and crunchy, even without baking! There are only 3 ingredients required: graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar or granulated sugar. The moisture in brown sugar helps solidify the crust. Pack it into a 9-inch springform pan, then place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar (brown or granulated)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Using a fork, mix well until all ingredients are moistened.
Pour into a 9" pie plate and press evenly on the bottom and sides.
